First, unlike many of our competitors, we never charge more for cleaning screens, and provide a sill wipe down.  We never charge extra for 2nd or 3rd story windows (this is because we have the equipment necessary to efficiently and safely clean high windows, both inside and outside), we provide a full service.

Third, all window cleanings come with a free rain touch-up, just call us within seven days of the service.

When you book your appointment we will explain as much as possible to you so you’ll know what to expect. Then before your technician begins they’ll make sure you know the price and what services are included, and answer any questions. While they are working they will tell you if there are any problem areas, or if optional services that might be of value to you. Finally, before leaving they will ask you to look over the work.  How does it look to you? If you have any questions, comments or concern you can talk to the technician.

What is more environmentally friendly then purified water? We use de-ionized water while cleaning windows which is more pure than bottled water, leaving a streak free shine. De-ionized water will not harm plants, animals, children, or your home. The interior window soap we use is a low allergen formula which contains biodegradable and environmentally friendly cleaning agents. It contains no VOC’s, has a NFPA Hazard Rating of 0, and a HMIS Hazard Rating 0.

We use natural rubber and silicon squeegees as well as professional grade safe and effective cleaning agents.
