Customer Loyalty Program Terms

These terms are in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions of Service (see below), and cover the Customer Loyalty Program. To be eligible for any promotions or specials under our Customer Loyalty Program, you must receive an invitation from Squeegee Pro. In addition to remain eligible, you must continue to use Squeegee Pro for full service window cleaning at least 2 times a year.
There is no term requirement for your enrollment, you may quit at any time. You are under no obligation to use Squeegee Pro. If you fail to meet eligibility requirements your enrollment is discontinued. Promotional is not transferable to other people or addresses and are limited to one person per address. Squeegee Pro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
To receive your 5th cleaning free you must use Squeegee Pro for full service window cleaning at least 4 times a year (quarterly). You may use our service more than quarterly, and will receive every 5th service free. The 5th free service must be of equal or lesser value than your normal window cleaning service. The 5th free cleaning must be used by you for your next scheduled window cleaning, and must be used with 6 months of your last window cleaning.
The two free mirror promotional may be any two single sheet mirrors (for example in your bathroom), of a maximum size of 6 feet by 4 feet each. Closet mirrors may consist of up to two panel doors.
10% off additional services applies to services added onto a scheduled window cleaning. They must be performed as part of the same visit, and at the same address, and may not be combined with any other promotional.
All Squeegee Pro products and services (“Services”) including any services rendered under this promotional are exclusively offered, purchased, and provided subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service. We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply, for example, to reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. Squeegee Pro will post notice of modifications to these terms on our website or via email. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of our service. If there is a conflict between these promotional terms and the Terms and Conditions of Service, the Terms and Conditions of Service will control for that conflict.
